Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website. They are not the agreement under which a dealership uses the TrustDriver platform.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website at www.trustdriver.ai, including the Customer Experience Benchmark on it.

They are not the agreement under which a dealership uses the TrustDriver platform. That is a separate written agreement between TrustDriver and the dealership, and nothing on this page varies, adds to or limits it. If the two ever appear to disagree, the written agreement is the one that applies.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

2. The information on this site

This site describes what TrustDriver does and how it is intended to work. It is general information about a product that is still being built, and it changes.

Nothing here is an offer, a quote, a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date, or professional advice. If a decision of yours turns on something you read here, please ask us and get it in writing.

3. The Customer Experience Benchmark

The benchmark is a self-assessment. It asks eighteen questions about your dealership and adds up the answers you give. The score it returns reflects those answers and nothing else.

It is not an audit, an inspection, a certification or a professional assessment of your dealership, and it is not a comparison against an industry standard or against any other dealership. It is a structured way of describing your own view of your own process, and it is worth exactly what an honest answer is worth.

The report we prepare from it is prepared for you. Please do not present it as an independent evaluation, because it is not one.

4. Using this site

Please do not:

  • submit information about someone else without their knowledge, or submit details that are not yours to give;
  • submit false information, including a dealership you have no connection to;
  • attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to any part of it that is not public, or place a load on it that is not ordinary use; or
  • copy the site systematically, whether by hand or by an automated tool.

5. Our content

The text, design, illustrations and the TrustDriver name and logo on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read, share a link, and quote a short passage with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our permission first.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are pointing at something we thought was useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for what it says or does.

7. Availability

We try to keep this site up and working. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it will stay the same. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you decide on the basis of it, including lost sales or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a failure to comply with such a guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information collected through this site is set out on our Privacy page.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and a change applies from the date it is published rather than backwards.

11. Contact

If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch using the contact details in the footer of this page.
